5 hours waiting for unloading, the man in the office says that he will go and help but do nothing, previously the forklift driver did't want to unload because one pallet was covered by another and on the other side cannot be opened.

They let me go after a minor accident of dropping and empty pallet in which nothing was damaged due to their extremely bumpy yard. The reason they stated was that I did not follow the correct procedure which is completely untrue. I stopped and called a supervisor immediately who told me I did the right thing and not to worry about it at all. The next working day I got a call saying I was being let because I didn't follow procedure after an accident.

Really poor service from JLR Wolverhampton - anything from JLR assist they start giving you the run around and try to push you to use another branch - really hoped my issue would be resolved by the service manager Adam but he never even called back - sadly not the first bad experience I have has with this branch.

Nice factory, except the receptionist woman. I don't know why are they allowed to work there. I thought it's receptionist job to answer your questions when you ask them !

Would not buy another Jaguar. Had nothing but trouble with adblu function and still not resolved. Ridiculous and very disappointing

UPDATE now that the car is out of warranty they’ve charged us over £600 to replace the Knox sensor which has sorted the “adblu” problem. Worst company ever

Someone needs to get a grip on security when leaving the site . They want a full side open when loaded . But if it's raining or Windy it's ok to look in the rear doors . I am told it's a health and safety problem due to the fact the staff might get wet or hit by a part of the trailer in the wind ! But it's ok for a driver to load outside in the wind and rain . Two standards ?
