Amazing customer support. I had so many questions about this service and every time each one was handled quickly and efficiently. I have just exchanged tons of old coins and notes for cash. I took a big bag of totally mixed coins from all over the continent, some in circulation some not. Gerard at the front desk was great. Amazing service, you got to put your trust in them as you have no idea how much you’re giving them. We took them in on Tuesday and Thursday morning I’m emailed the amount. I got over £300. They don’t even charge for UK current circulation coins to be exchanged. No hidden costs. Why bother using the coin exchange machines that charge a % to exchange.

What a brilliant idea for a service with 5* execution. I’ve had some currency laying over from previous holidays and by the time I decided to sell it back - it went of of the system. Luckily I was advised about this service and with no problem at all I was able to sell my old unused currencies. Filling out the form was very easy, I sent it by Royal Mail on Friday and on Tuesday had the money on my account.

Be very careful when sending Circulated notes..... a couple of small stains and they took a large amount off the note.
They never used to act like this.
EDIT....
AFTER SPEAKING WITH MARIO AT THE COMPANY HE AGREED THE NOTE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED AS MUCH AND ACTUALLY PAID £5 ON TOP OF THE ORIGINAL EXCHANGE RATE.

Got tipped some currency from Gibraltar had trouble getting rid of it as its not legal UK tender but also not recognised as a foreign currency.

So after bring told banks and exchanges wouldn't take it and banks wouldn't I was relieved to find this website.

Fantastic service took 3 days from me sending the currency first class to recieve the money into my bank.

Sent on Thursday and paid on Monday. They informed me of receipt on Friday before I could even confirm delivery through the Royal Mail Tracking Service I used. Excellent communication and a smooth process from start to finish. Highly Recommended.

I was hesitant to use a company unknown to me to exchange currency but the process was simple, quick and very easy. The money was in my account within four days of mailing. I would certainly use LOC again - a very efficient company.
