Just want to give Charlotte a massive thank you. Charlottes patience is unmatched! I am incredibly busy and always miss the calls and emails - in the end I managed to get all sorted but if it wasn't for her patience I don't think I would've. Charlotte is extremely friendly and goes out of her way to look after existing customers which these days is very rare. Im always happy with the service and quality of products when it comes to UTP. If 0 Stars was an option I would be putting that. We switched over to UTP in January, we have 3 card readers for 3 different trading entity's of one limited company. We are currently on the 5th of March and are still unable to get the card receipts for each machine to say what we want them to. We have been passed around from person to person and today have been left with a machine we are unable to use as they have changed the company name on peoples bank statements. I have been told it will take 3 days to correct THEIR mistake. Company is an absolute joke!

Danny has been an amazing rep for UTP, extremely helpful with quick and clear communication. Card machine was easy to set up. Had a couple of issues to start off but Danny was able to fix these and reassure us throughout. Thank you Danny!

I feel I have been scammed out of nearly 3000 pounds by UTP They initially charged me more than agreed of monthly fee then then money did not arrive in my bank for a week. At this point I told them I did not want to go any further as they have already breached the contract. However they threatened me and abused me and took me to court for the money for the whole contract even though I returned their machine within 2 months. Unfortunately due to several hospital admissions I did not realise the extent of what they were up to and nearly lost my business. DO NOT TRUST THEM WHATSOEVER!!!

Absolutely shocking company. Misleading me into a 48 month contract when I signed for 24 months. Terminal didn't work for 6 months and was messed around with little help. I'm currently doing a claim for misled undisclosed commissions and will be getting in touch with fca and financial ombudsman about this fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs and read the real reviews not the fake 5 star ones.
