Waiting over 12 days for deliveries. At least 5 items not received. We used to have good deliveries, now not fit for purpose. Increase in postage now bad service.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered one week ago but I found only red cards in my letter box telling I was not at home where I was at home both times they came. They have became lazy. I’m living in a flat they just don’t want to find the flat and deliver the parcel instead find it easy for them to leave a red card in the postbox. This is awful and frustrating.

I had a good experience with the staff as I came to collect a delivery I missed at mu address. First time of being in Maidstone Industrial Estate as well. Interesting place full of industries and lots of staff and activities.

48hour delivery. Didn’t ring my doorbell ( video cam). Left a card saying parcel will automatically be delivered the next day! Of course this did not happen. The tracking status is showing “unable to attempt delivery “. Another 24 hours past and still no parcel.
Online help is a joke. Currently on phone to customer services (40 minutes so far).
Royal Mail is the only delivery company I get problems with!!!
