Good selection of clothes but the cafe was awful. The lady serving was extremely rude. She misheard my order and then got extremely defensive with us. My husband and I were so taken aback by her behaviour! Never experienced anything like it and we are not confrotational people. We were just trying to grab a quick drink/snack so we could feed our toddler and I could feed our baby, and we were looked down upon and made to feel like we were in the wrong.
*The cafe manager seemed nice enough and didn't witness any of this.

Well organised and clean. Good product range. A bit of queue at the tills, but not too annoying. They have a nice cafe at the first floor, which wouldn't serve us because the till was "broken", which was a shame...

The cafe is shocking, visited today only jacket potatoes available from the hot menu, which when eventually turned up, it was the smallest,driest potato ever, even with the minimal beans that looked like they had been "thrown" on it. The skin of it was so hard, no salad or even garnish. Complained about it to the staff member to no avail, her comment was she was alone. £5 they charge for the pleasure of the absolute foul food! Avoid, don't waste your money!

On the upside the other parts of the shop was lovely

This review is for the cafe. Really poor, uninterested staff, dirty tables, no clean cutlery or napkins and quality of food very very poor. Come on Asda, you’re supposed to be a store for families, please do better!

Café is awful - the lady serving was extremely rude, and none of the food on the board was available, so the only options were reheated sandwiches and chips. Don't try and get a hot drink here if you have allergies - my friend asked if they had coconut milk as opposed to cow's and was met with a blunt "No." And no alternative offered.

Shop is nice and has a good selection, avoid the café.

Love this Asda living. It's a lovely big size, got something for everyone. Clothing for children and adults downstairs as well as some seasonal. Also there are changing rooms too.
Then up the escalator (Or I think theres lift if needed) to the top floor for the homeware, books(adults and childrens), toys, dvds, music, garden, seasonal and more.
Also upstairs is a small is a cafe.
There are tills both upstairs and downstairs.
I've always found staff helpful and friendly whenever I've needed them.

Great selection of clothing, baby and homeware. 👌I go here semi frequently to collect orders or browse their selections. Downside is parking can be a little awkward when it’s busy and when it’s hot they have no working air-conditioning so it’s boiling. 🥵 🚗💨🅿️
