I have ordered multiple times and had nothing but the best quality meat. Good selection and offers something different from the supermarket norm. Only one issue that was resolved quickly so cannot fault the customer service either.

Low quality product and even lower quality service. I spoke to the Director, who seems to be the only person who works there, and he laughed and hung up when I asked for a refund for the lump of fat he sent to me via Amazon. AVOID.

I have ordered 4kg of LA beef, and after they arrived I checked the weight using my scale. Surprisingly it was only 3.5kg. Very disappointed.
