Over £300 to cremate my baby dog alone and ashes to be given in a cardboard box and plastic bag is a joke, no sympathy at all and I just think it’s disrespectful for the price of it. I’m aware this is probably the company who they send it off to and do it with but regardless I still think it’s ridiculous

I bought some apparatus for my cat and the girl at the counter said I could have it assembled for free if I needed. Very good service. Prices a little high but plenty of choice.
Usually plenty of free parking, but don't go around 4.30 - 5.30 because the traffic in Winchester Road is horrific.

They have live pets and food (insects)

A typical pet store on the larger side. They have everything you will need but it's a tad on the pricey side.

Kids love the fish they have. They have a good selection of different types of fish for beginners and slightly more advanced care.

They also have a selection of rodents like hamsters and rabbits.

Lastly they have a feeding day once a week that kids can join in on but it's best to call and check times and if it'll be happening that week.

I click and collected a cat carrier, as I needed one ASAP. When I get home I realised that they had given me a faulty one that due to how I needed it now, I have no choice but to use it. I cannot secure the carrier properly and I'm fuming.

Friendly staff and a wide range of items. I only knocked a star off as I don’t feel their hamsters looked very happy. I hope I’m wrong but one spent the whole time we were there in the same spot scratching at the glass. It didn’t seem normal to me.
