I visited this store to ask some questions about bathroom installation. Karolina was unbelievably helpful. She did loads of research and always kept me fully updated. She helped me to choose the best options for me. I really appreciate that she listened to what I wanted. A suitable DIY market with a all the usual brands, the garden department is quite useful and from time to time you find very good offers for flowers and plants. I bought there last time turf for my rear garden for a decent price, the staff is helpful - but sorry to say, not very clever if you have a certain question about there products - all in all it is ok.

Visited in October with family members who didn’t speak English and struggled a bit to explain what they needed. We asked about 3 or 4 different staff members to help at various points and every one was exceptionally kind, patient and helpful. They all made sure we had what we needed before moving on. Staff on the tills were lovely too. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such consistently excellent customer service in a big retail unit. Thank you all. 👍😁🏆
