Went to look at petrol mowers and the sales guy was very helpful and guided me to the best mower for my use. Called later to reserve and collect. When I went to pick it up it was all ready and had been prepped for use including a full petrol tank. They helped me load it into my car. The information and service is first class and I am very pleased with the mower. Thank you for an excellent experience and I would recommend this shop for great products and customer service..

FANTASTIC!!!
went here because I saw a good price for a new mower on line, from the moment we parked up and spoke to a service engineer who also had parked his van we were made welcome, inside we spoke to Giles who was also very welcoming. I had made my mind up I need a new mower but Giles asked what was the problem with my mower and diagnosed the issue there and then. What a gent! Thank you Giles we will be back and would reccomend you to anybody.

Bought my latest new Stiga lawn tractor from Market Drayton Mowers. I got some good advice from the team, and the tractor was delivered on the day promised a week after placing my order. Very happy so far. Great, friendly, service from Emma, Ryan and Giles.

As a repeat customer I am staggered at the appalling lack of any credible customer service from this business. Ordered a new mower and have been repeatedly told they (Giles) will phone me back. The call never happened despite repeated calls and questions to them about alternative options. Have since bought else where with no problem at all. Avoiding this business is recommended.

Took my new Husqvarna 129R strimmer into them this morning after it would not idle or hot start after first usage. I did not buy it from them but they were my nearest dealer. Craig gave me good advice on the phone and then turned it to run while I waited. Excellent service 😎👍 will use them to service it when required.
Recommend
