A little dissapointed if I'm honest. Great sign on the canal led us to the shop. While they had frozen ready meals I have no idea what's in them, price or anything. They were in a stainless steel freezer with no signage. Not much on display and we ended up leaving without buying anything.

Wonderful, high quality, honest farm shop on Market Drayton High Street.
Cruising the canals, we were there in September 2019 - this time was even better.
Not only do they have farm produce, but the moment you step in you are overwhelmed by the warm smell of home-made food by their kitchen on the premises (don't go there on an empty stomach 🙂
We got meat, cheese and eggs, and also their home-made beef lasagne. Absolutely delicious, so much tasty beef, fresh tomatoes in the sauce, tasty but not overwhelming sauce béchamel.
The ladies running the shop are absolutely charming and, naturally, knowledgeable.
Highly recommended, a must-stop if in the area!

The Fields Kitchen produce a range of quality 'ready meals' (both fresh and frozen) using local suppliers as well as stocking, for example, a variety of cheeses, preserves and a small selection of Tanners' wines. Always a friendly place to shop, always excellent service!

This has been a super find - lovely cottage pie, chilli con carne and chicken and leek pies are my particular favourites. All are made on the premises so they taste authentic and home made. Well worth a visit. Lovely people too who run it.
