I can’t express my thanks a gratitude for a wonderful job, right from the start the staff were extremely helpful and patient in choosing and planning the installation with us as we had to have my old brick fireplace removed before installation. The teams that came out to do the work (removal and installation) were efficient, tidy and helpful as they readily went beyond the call of duty to make it as painless as possible.

Amazing customer service from both the showroom and from the installation team. I was a complete novice never had a log burner before and didn't know what I was looking for. Loads of advice was given before deciding to buy and fair options and alternatives were shown from their whole line of stoves. Fitting and installation was over two days and they also recommended a chimney sweep too. The installation team also had loads of advice and we're very friendly and kept us updated throughout the whole process! I couldn't ask for a better and nicer team of people the finish, product and service was top notch throughout! Not a single fault!

The five stars I’ve given are well deserved by Tim, his sister, Chris the gas fitter, Marlon the plasterer, and all the staff at Classic Fireplaces, if I could give you extra stars I would.
Tim and his team helped me out of a massive hole I was left in, by not one, but two companies; both of which had the correct accreditation by the way. The first one nearly demolished my chimney, which I had rebuilt. The second company was less than helpful, disorganised, and hard to contact, or get information/ guidance from, which led me to Classic fireplace’s door.
Before I spoke to Tim, I was fed up with it all and didn’t expect to have a fire this side of Christmas, afterwards I felt like a huge weight had been lifted. Tim had such a competent, can do attitude from the get go, and was able to make time to see me the next day. I went in, discussed everything and paid my deposit, from then on things went swimmingly. Despite them being very busy, Marlon fitted in doing the render, Chris was able to reroute the mangled gas pipe, and a fire was installed in approximately three weeks.
I’m so pleased with both the fire, and also to be back on track, so I can have flooring laid and accept delivery of new furniture.
I greatly appreciate a thoroughly good job, completed expeditiously, by a thoroughly nice bunch of people.

Very helpful, we are doing renovation to our home and found a boarded up fireplace and are having a log burner, staff are very helpful and know there stuff, gave us a number of a chimney sweep, which was done the following day and they coming out on Friday to assess what is needed... log burner choosen out of the stocked showroom.
