This is specifically directed toward Milk and More, one of their subsidiaries. As others have noted, their website is a functional disaster. Trying to adjust an order is near impossible. My wife thought she had cracked it and ordered 1 milk and 1 orange juice to be delivered M-W-F. I opened the door on Friday and had 3 milk and 3 orange juice.

I called customer service for help. The Irish $%^& that took my call was arrogant, rude, and kept talking over me. All she did was look at the orders and say that what was ordered was delivered. I kept trying to get her to understand that the website was as clear as mud and I needed help. But she just got louder and continued to defend the delivery. I finally had enough and loudly talked over her asking if she would let me speak. She then told me not to speak to her in that tone. I told her to stuff it and to cancel my account, then hung up.

I played merry hell trying to figure out how to cancel an account. My wife finally found it in a small font shaded just slightly darker than the background.

Milk and more? NEVERMORE!

This company are absolutely awful to deal with. their web site is poor and their chat service is useless. i wasted a lot of time today dealing with an agent on their chat line. He was unable to help me place an order and treated me like an unwelcome deposit on the sole of his shoe. My delivery person is fantastic and I feel a strong urge to support him, but I am not sure that I will continue to do so given the utter lack of custom support from his company.

Really poor customer service. Fine when there are no problems but no email contact system, live chat line impossible to find on the site and telephone isn't answered. Today was 4th call due to two missing deliveries and after 35 minutes I gave up. I have found a local farm.

System made me give one star but over the years other than the milkman who was great the Milk & More Muller organisation is abysmal.

Stajemy przed szlabanem i idziemy na portiernię. Późnej wjeżdżamy na zakład w prawo wzdłuż zielonej linii na parking. Wracamy z papierami do biura po pasach po lewej stronie portierni. w biurze miała pani kazała wrócić do auta i czekać aż ktoś do mnie przyjdzie. Kiedy podjedziemy pod rampę musimy znowu iść do biura oddać kluczyki i wrócić do ciężarówki. No z dwie godzinki trwał ten rozładunek. Ogólnie firma Ok 😉
