Highly recommended. Chris came out today after ringing him a few days ago following our washing machine leaking water. Luckily, we got a last minute appointment for today. During the phone call Chris reassured us and quoted us a reasonable price during this expensive time of the year. A common issues which was resolved by replacing the rubber seal. Chris had ensured the washing machine was working fine and advised us how to avoid any other issues reoccurring. Clean and tidy, and he even took his shoes off bless him! Contacted Chris about my washing machine. He told me from what I had explained that the machine needed replacement and it wasn’t going to be worth paying a call out charge, free a dive which was great. Bought a new Samsung washer, unfortunately the door seal got damaged within a few weeks, contacted Chris. Chris provided a same day quote and we arrange his visit. Arrived on time, fixed washer. What a genuinely nice person, so helpful, knowledgeable, very clean and tidy, couldn’t ask for anything better, what a good guy.
