My Mountfield mower had broken and even though I had not bought it from Euromec, when I called Brian in the service team, he agreed I could bring it in the next day. On arrival he helped me take the mower out of the car and then called for George the mechanic. It was like. Formula One pit stop. George knows his stuff and within minutes and with the confidence and skill of a true professional fixed my mower. These guys are the best, as others have already commented. Thank you George for a great job done ✅

Terrible company, don't waste your money.
Not only are the team there unable to return phonecalls as promised, but their service is slow and misses their own deadlines.
Our purchase required a repair within the warranty period, and we were charged for them doing so.
I'd like to support local business, but with service like this, it'll be Amazon in future.
