I ordered a pair of insoles recently. The foam mold arrived quickly and the turnaround in receiving the built insoles was speedy efficient. However, I found the insoles uncomfortable and the contours built into the soles did not meet my needs and in fact created a jarring at the knee. I raised this with the makers in order to seek a refund to no avail. They did, however, offer to sort things out but I decided not to take up this option. I do understand it's not possible for the insoles to be used again so my loss.

I needed insoles due to plantar fascia and my old ones had broke. I had tried other places who all gave estimates of 3 -6 months. I phoned bespoke insoles for advice and was told they could have them within a week. After providing a foam shape of my foot, the insoles came within a few days and were great. The staff were professional, polite, very helpful and friendly. The insoles were of high quality and very good. I will be ordering more and would recommend for custom insoles. Thank you.

I used BespokeInsoles to get some custom insoles made for my cycling shoes. The team we're really helpful responding to questions etc and making sure the insoles would be a good fit for both me and my cycling shoes! They arrived really quickly, fitted perfectly and are excellent quality. I've been using them for a few months now and they are still like new! They are very comfortable and supportive for cycling, keeping the foot in a good position without being intrusive in any way.

I bought a second pair for my winter shoes to avoid the need for swapping. I would definitely recommend them 🙂

Given their bargain price compared with my previous provider, I decided to take a punt and ordered one set of custom orthotics. I quickly received a foot impression kit and my custom orthotics were delivered a few days after sending it back. I'm absolutely delighted with the insoles and how they feel. The price is sufficiently low that I subsequently ordered 3 further sets from my digitally stored foot impressions, so all my shoes have orthotics without needing to keep swapping them.

Recommended without reservation and FWIW, I have no relationship with the company except as a very satisfied customer.

the bespoke insoles are different, their strong and don't bend or collapse underfoot which might be the key in keeping the foot position where it needs to be, snug fit also, so, so far so good. Also Gary has been really helpful, knowledgeable and patient with his time on the phone which is very much appreciated.

Expensive but well worth it. My foot pain has decreased significantly after using the insoles from Bespoke Insoles. Having purchased one pair I was so impressed I bought another.
