This company hires clowns to drive their vans.

One of their drivers was in the wrong lane on a roundabout and cut across infront of me, causing me to have to take evasive action to avoid a collision!

Purchased Holling well 3 seater power recliner settee and riser recliner with cloud in Lena Caramel Leather. Very disappointed with quality and comfort,had to have technician out within few days. Will try and sort it, but not satisfied that I have spent so much money and shouldn't have to put up with poor quality and not comfortable at all. Chair is causing me pain can't sit properly.

Just had two somerby rise recliners delivered , I now wish I’d also ordered a three seater sofa but I’m worried it could possibly be a slightly different shade , they are so comfy and relaxing love the headrest.

Not the best to deal with. Customer service completely lacking even down to the way you are spoken to. No sense of urgency if your not an account holder. Just told to refer to web and order from there. Even though i had expressed a fact that a gentlemen in his 90's had been bed ridden for 5 days due to the fact his rise and recliner chair was broken. I was surprised to learn that orders are not dispatched straight after payment has been taken but may take a couple of days. Needless to say i wasn't inspired to make an enquiry about opening an account or interested in stocking any of their items. Poor service.

Can you make sure you contact me I placed an order with you I’ve had no response from you for over a week obviously I don’t want to put my contact details on here but the email address that your spouting out doesn’t appear to work I’ve had no confirmation from you at all and you’re saying everything is closed well how comes I was able to order from your website then. Please state more clearly your email address on your telephone message I have tried various variations on what you’ve said and it keeps coming back that there is no such email address I think it’s absolutely disgusting.
