Worst customer experience and service ever experienced. Made two orders with Kintech they screwed up both orders costing me valuable time and money and delaying two of my customers orders. No attention to detail. A bad sign from a supposed precise manufacturer. 1st complaint waited over ten days for missing parts. Kintech Didn't even bother sending them out until several days later after my first complaint. Clearly seen from the postmark on the parcel. I was told it would be sent out the same day. Been two weeks since last complaint, still no reply or missing parts. Their steps and handrails are useless without the correct parts. I welcome a reply from Kintech and their bosses but not much hope of an apology. 2 big mistakes and no apology for either, shame on you Kintech.

The using under the name of JCP I ordered from them two weeks of go & my order still in China, it's hard to reach out to them. One word defines this company "FRAUD"
