I’ve not used Impact Ducting Sales Ltd before, I found them on a google search, sent them an email with the bits I wanted quoting & waited for their response. Very quickly I revived a reply with the quote attached and with I couple of days my parts were at my door ready to install. The quality of the workman ship is first class as is their customer service. I’d highly recommend their team and I will certainly use them again in the future

Unfortunately received a bad experience from this company. Purchased a bespoke roof plate, did not turn up on site on the day. We had arranged for engineers to be on site the following day. The roof plate was arranged to be on site on the Friday and eventually turned up on the following Wednesday after many phone calls to the company.

We have been charged by our subcontract installers for the day which naturally we passed on the Impact Ducting as it is their fault, Impact Ducting's response was: "It wasn't us, it's the courier companies fault, so we're not paying your charge" even though they organised their own transport as part of their supply & deliver service.

They lost a customer today and any feedback from myself is negative. What they did do is clear the outstanding invoice for the roof plate. However, we're still £300.00 in the hole thanks to Impact Ducting. Good show.
