Adam was incredibly helpful and ensured my dress was ready in perfect time. Despite only leaving it with him for a few days due to my need to attend a wedding, he completed the alterations quickly and at a very reasonable price. Absolutely fantastic service. Always greeted with a cheerful manner and a welcoming smile.

I have had a ladies suit made for myself and l am very pleased with how it has turned out. Fits lovely, and a great colour aswell.

I was informed of the process behind making bespoke suits so l see the time and attention it takes to produce such great detailed work.

Tailor & chess is reliable and on time.

My partner has gone on 3 separate occasions for 3 items, none have been correct and even the corrections have been incorrect - ruined 2 pairs of trousers and a shirt - even charged to ‘fix’ the mistake!!!! Save your money and go elsewhere - definitely correct tailors in reply to response

I ordered 2 custom shirts, these were 125 each. Not only were they a month late they also didn't fit at all. I had to buy a off the peg shirt for the wedding I ordered them first. After also trying to contact them multiple times to get these sorted I am just being ignored.

When you get measured for a shirt you expect them to fit. I am likely going to have to go to court to get my money back now

They are now resorting to fake reviews to hide their bad practices, 5, 5 star reviews posted on the same day

Needed a pair of shoes for my wedding and Adam came through with a gorgeous pair which I absolutely love and wear on almost every night I wear formal attire I love em.Great service, Adam also helped a friend of mine in need of a last minute suit for a wedding when let down at the last minute again nothing was to much trouble.

Had not the best experince, i'm not happy, i paid for a service and it hasn't been done the way it's been asked to be done! And this was only a simple thing, a straight line, from the start to the end, so i don't know how you can't get that.......
