I originally contacted Nigel in 2023 and he came round with his sidekick to have a look at what was being required. I asked him to take his shoes off and he said his shoes were clean. I did not push the point further. I did think he was a disrespectful twat coming into my home and acting like that. After the visit he promised to provide a quote. I chased it up but no quote was ever received.

In December 2024 I called Nigel on his mobile and he spent about 30 minutes going over what was required. He saw on his records that he had visited my home back in 2023 but could not work out why no quote was ever sent. We agreed that he would visit on 17 December 2024. On that date he rang the doorbell and then left before I could come downstairs. I called him on his mobile as he left the driveway. To date he has not called back.

Overall, a waste of space and time.

Nigel installed a new fusebox and some outdoor sockets, as well as performing a full test on the electrics of my house. He was friendly, professional, prompt, and responded to any questions I had. Top class, 5 star, affordable prices, excellent work and professional service. Nigel and Zac were/are legends. They had to undertake extensive inspection and fault finding of a ring main circuit spreading across two floors of the house, including replacing a faulty cable under the floorboards. Over several visits they were very meticulous, friendly, informing me about their work and progress throughout, and explaining what they had to do. It was a mamoth task but they managed it expertly with a good sense of humour too. I have no hesitate in recommending and would use them again.
