I am most grateful to Jane and her team for responding so very helpfully to a late request during the Christmas/New Year period (2023/2024) to print our wedding service sheet (from artwork which we provided). Despite it being a holiday period, Jane worked hard to ensure that the work was completed in time for our wedding very early in January - and we were delighted with the excellent quality of the printing.

Following multiple recommendations, we reached out to Jane & Laura about creating a custom mailer box for our small business. Within days, we visited their lovely office in Marlborough and had a very productive meeting with Jane.

As our project was different to the typical work that Jane and her team do, we were hesitant about using Print Image’s design services. However, it was evident that Jane has a deep passion and vast experience in print. On sharing my concerns with her regarding the design, she insisted on getting her designers to put something together.

After leaving the meeting on a high, I forgot to send Jane some box examples for design inspiration. Within 1 week, she replied and confirmed I did not send them over. As I was keen to get the ball rolling and not leave her waiting any longer, I apologised and sent these over straight away.

Due to their passion and their excitement about a different kind of project, we eagerly awaited the design concepts promised and a quote. However, these never came. Since sending the examples over and sending several follow-up emails to both Jane & Laura, we have been met with radio silence.

As a result, we have had to put this project on the back burner until we can find the right print & design partner. If Print Image communicated that they’d had a change of heart or couldn’t do our project for one reason or another, we would have been fine with this. However, we have heard absolutely nothing from them. A real shame and also, a very unprofessional conclusion to an otherwise positive experience of a small business who are doing great things to support other businesses in their local community.
