Amazing food. Burger and pork belly were delicious. Super hot, tasty and cut above your usual pub food. Staff were lovely. A really nice cosy pub. Best pub food in years after a nice country walk.

Had a Sunday roast here. The beef was delicious - incredibly flavourful - and clearly lots of effort went into every aspect of the plate. I was also really impressed to see my gravy jug replenished without me even needing to ask. It’s quite expensive but the ingredients were all clearly very good quality so I’d say the price is justified. Wouldn’t have minded a bit more beef but sometimes less is more 😁

My partner and I stopped in for lunch while passing through, the food was amazing. Good vegetarian options, the gnocchi starter was incredible. Seafood risotto and calamari got positive responses from across the table. Very impressed

Nice little village pub just outside of Marlborough down a nice quiet country road. it was really busy when we got there and had other tables reserved also for a Saturday afternoon was lovely. staff friendly and helpful because no room inside the manager put the heaters on under canopy which was nicely decorated. Plenty of seating. We are going to go again to try food. Lovely atmosphere and a big children's play area. Would recommend

Popped in after viewing a house for just a pint and some chips, met the new hosts who were very nice and friendly. The chips were ever so chunky and perfect. Hope to be back soon to explore more of the menu.

We found this beauty after our visit of Avesbury stonecycle (also worth a visit) because we got really hungry. First we were uncertain because of a parking lodge for our motor home but the lady of the Oddfellows allowed our stay. We got a heart warming welcome and could stay for a lunch. It was really delicious. The whole place was really family friendly and our 3 year old son enjoyed the playground in the backyard of the place. We met really kindly people there and left well saturated 😀 We recommend a visit and a taste of their variety of dishes.

Excellent Sunday roast!! Portion is huge! Probably could have shared with my husband but managed to eat most of it. It was delicious.
Lots of parking in the back. Would recommend for sure.

Great little country pub with a horse racing theme/feel. There’s a new (as of 2018) children’s play area outside which is a bonus, and some outdoor seating to go with it. Inside there are a few connected rooms with a total of ~10 tables of various sizes. Wadworth ales are on tap along with the usual selection of lagers.
The food menu is long and has something for everyone. The scampi was excellent.
Well worth a visit.
