A bit slower than I expected, but this tool was for a future service requirement, so time wasn't a major issue . Great tool for doing Honda scooter tappets .

Ordered 2 reels of tape. No delivery after a week so emailed , no reply to my email. Then 2 weeks after original order date I receive an email saying it's not available would I like to order something else or receive a refund . So now have to wait to see if they actually read the email and refund my money 🤷 Poor all round . Avoid .

AVOID!!! Find ANYONE else to use!!
I ordered some Flex batteries on the 3rd of February. A week later, I still hadn't received a shipping notification. I emailed the company and never received a response. I called the next day multiple times and not answer. Tried calling again the next day multiple time...no answer. Tried again the next day and finally got a hold of someone. The lady said she'd look into it and get back in touch with me. A few days passed and I never heard back. I called over 25 times and I only ever received the one answer. I emailed on the 11th to cancel my order if the items weren't in stock. No response. I emailed again the next day asking to have my order cancelled and to issue a full refund. On the 13th, I get a DPD shipping notification. When I had spoke with the lady on the phone, I asked her to make sure that they allow the items to be left in my safe place. She said it wouldn't be an issue...guess what, it was! I still haven't heard from anyone, the items were sent after I requested they be cancelled. I'm sure that if I try to return them, I'll have to pay out of pocket and be charged a restocking fee.

I ordered 5 internal victorian 4 panel oak doors. The service was great and the doors lovely. I ordered a further 5 doors to match for my landing and also had a good experience. However, I ordered an 11th door (slightly narrower) to fit a cupboard on my landing. The door looked equally perfect, so I got my joiner to come and fit it. However, it became apparent once hung that the proportions of the design were different from the others and once the handle is on - it looks absolutely awful. I contact customer services who confirmed the door was defective and the manufacturer would supply a replacement. Great! however, because the door has been hung, they have reneged. How can they say the door is defective as confirmed by the manufacturer and then refuse to replace?!!!
UPDATE: after profusely complaining, Nadine sorted this out and has dispatched a new door - she has even arranged a different date to collect the defective one, so that I can check it first.

13/05/24 This company is a joke - AVOID. Ordered 7 doors in FEBRUARY and 2 of them never arrived, I had to chase this multiple times and was eventually told that the red sea crisis is causing shipping issues for the manufacturer, and they have no idea when these will arrive in the UK. From previous reviews this just looks like the latest in a list of supply excuses. They are still advertising the missing doors on their website with 3-5 day delivery, the ones they couldn't even fulfil in almost THREE MONTHS for someone who had already paid them hundreds of pounds. I eventually gave up and requested a refund, got some automatic email about a credit memo and told to log into my account - I don't have one, why would I ever want an account with such an awful company. They have stopped answering the phone, emails, and live chat, when I just want to make sure the refund is actually going onto my payment method and not store credit that I would never be able to use, as in my experience they simply they do not fulfil orders.
