My Husband has his own Business and has been a happy customer for a few years now, but recently we have been contacted by telephone requesting that we pay for outstanding bills, which we have paid for over the phone! But when doing the accounts we have no received any invoices for the outstanding payment that they said we had to pay! 😡😡😡

Total rip off company! Engineer turns up an hour late, spends about 30 mins doing 3 alarms and 2 cctv checks, then sits in my yard eating his lunch for another hour, I get a bill for hundreds of ££'S when I informed the company about this, there was no return call etc offering reimbursement of any kind, you only rip your customers off once, will never have them back.

Same problem. Ordered and promised for next day delivery and week later still not arrived. I have tried to telephone on many occasions but left on hold. They also have taken the money and do not send an email to confirm so left without the parts I ordered and no guarantee it will turn up!!
