Paul and his young apprentice were on time and worked hard all the time they were here. I had a fault on my washing machine which was fixed in no time. I also took delivery of a new fridge freezer which I purchased from CR Woods at a best price than all their competitors. Paul made sure that it was brought into the house very expertly and once in situ explained the workings and ensured that we were happy with our purchase. Very professional and friendly. Well done.

I visited the showroom yesterday with the intention of looking at dishwashers and fridge freezers.
Jamie was very helpful at directing me to the most efficient and value for Monet appliances.
I left the shop having purchased both a fridge freezer and Washing machine.

CR Wood responded quickly to our call that our washer/dryer went bang. Luke arrived and diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and then arrived back to fit them. No drama, very quick and efficient. I cannot fault Luke a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable chap. A credit to his company. I would certainly highly recommend Luke and CR Wood. Top marks.
