Today I visited Saddle Safari after reading the great reviews on Google.
I turned up with my 3 daughters and immediately was greeted by Andy. Andy called for Cassius to help us out. From the get go Cassius was brilliant, his customer service skills are exceptional. I was looking for a bike for my 8 year old. The whole journey from start to finish Cassius had my daughter involved with picking the bike and accessories. Again I can’t echo how great Cassius was. We found the right bike and a purchase was made. Was told to allow 30 minutes whilst he set everything up. On return the bike was ready to which Cassius even took the bike to my car and put it into the boot.
I would 100% recommend Saddle Safari all the team are brilliant and polite. There’s a reason why these independent shops are the best and know their stuff. They are miles apart from the competition.

I popped in on a Friday lunchtime on a wing and a prayer to get my rear brake bled for a ride I had planned for the afternoon. The tech (sorry but forgot your name!) could not have been more helpful and dropped everything to get me back on the road within the hour - and it wasn’t expensive. I can’t thank him enough as it saved the day: not only that but it’s comforting to know there are still great local bike shops around with knowledgeable staff. I’ll be back! Thank you.

Had a problem with my Electric Mountain Bike Software. Hadn't bought the bike from Saddle Safari but they told me to bring it in the same day when I phoned them. Cassius sorted it out in less than an hour, very professional and friendly service. Will definitely take it back there for its next service. Many Thanks.

Recently needed some work done on my Canyon road bike (not purchased from Saddle Safari), so dropped in to see what they could do. They were happy to take the bike in that day and they phoned me the following day to say they'd completed the work (replacement HS and BB bearings). Very pleased with the service I got and the price was very fair.

Love the staff and their super-efficient service. I traveled all the way from London because this was the only shop with a Frog 47 in stock. When I arrived, the bike was ready and prepared. Thanks again!

Cassius did a great job reconditioning my bike after a period of inactivity. His communication during the work was excellent and he persevered to solve a tricky issue which saved me a great deal of money. All the staff dealt with me in a friendly way. I never felt like “just another customer”
