Very disappointing experience. Had a repair on my tyre to address a slow leak before a long drive. The plug incorrectly applied and leak remained on a 4hr journey. As a tyre cant be repaired again i had to get a new tyre at my destination despite the repaired tyre having lots of thread and 1.5 year left of wear. They refunded the failed repair but it still cost me £120 a new tyre. Very annoying, dangerous and disappointing.

Amazing little gem of a place - poned Liam for help when I had a flat tyre, within half an hour new one was ordered and on its way. Later the same evening a courtesy call was made by Jimmy, advising me of the inspection, costs and rough time for the work to be completed! Expertise, great service and integrity. 1 tyre fitted and completely unsafe, 3 loose bolts. My sister is a mechanic and just pointed this out to us, and Merityre Marlow fitted it for us a couple of weeks ago. Don't recommend.

Every time I visit Richard and the guys, I have the best service, the best advice, and it’s always good value. Today I called, was invited in straight away, and within two hours. Had my issues rectified. Can’t recommend them enough.
