Thoroughly impressed!! PureGen and Jacob get my highest possible recommendation.

From the quote (very reasonably priced), to the keeping me informed before, during and after the installation and delivering on time despite some challenging weather!! Nothing was too much trouble. I am really happy with the installation, everything was completed in a neat and tidy way.

I now have 24 solar panels, inverter and a battery storage system. Jacob and his team were great throughout and I would definitely use them again!

The data and insight I get from the app is really helpful too, and Jacob has even offered to help me find the Tarriff with the best feed-interests benefit.

If you're looking at getting solar installed, then look no further!!

Having considered Solar (although with limited knowledge) for a while we approached 3 different companies for a quotation. Jacob at Puregen was knowledgable and understanding of the many (many) questions we had regarding the benefits and most appropriate system for us as well as offering an extremely competitive quotation. After just over a week of signing the contract the scaffold was up and install complete. Scaffolding was up for 4 days (and only because of how the weekend fell). The installers themselves were excellent and more than happy to talk through the process. I received the necessary certification promptly!

All in all a seamless experience and I cannot recommend Jacob at Puregen enough! Don’t let the fact Puregen is a relatively new company put you off, I honestly cannot fault the experience and service delivery! Be prepared to become a Solar App obsessor!!

If I were you I were you I would grab a deal with PureGen before they get snowed under. Jacob Davis recently set up the company because he knew he could provide better service than the big installers he had previously worked for. I wanted 16 panels on a medium size house and his was by far the lowest of the three quotes I got. The installation followed just over a week after signing the contract . The scaffolding was removed the next day and the scaffolders pointed out a tile they had accidentally cracked and would replace. Jacob came today and explained all the documentation guaranteeing the work and showed me how to get the best deal reselling my electricity to the grid. He installed an app on my phone showing the output from the panels, how much the house was using and how much went to the grid.

I had 12 panels, an inverter and a battery installed by PureGen, from start to finish it was effortless, Jacob was very knowledgeable and pleasant, he understood my needs and advised accordingly in terms that were easy to understand. On the day of the installation, the team introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do and how long the power was needed to go off, my property was respected and the install team cleaned up after themselves, I found dealing with PureGen a pleasure from start to finish, I would happily recommend anyone who was looking for Solar panels to give them a call. You won’t be sorry.
