Furniture Medic call out to look at my sofa it’s a recliner and rattled when sitting on one side of it. They sorted it out for me The two guys were friendly and helpful. Gave me advice on any further work needed doing on sofas. I would definitely recommend this company

Received my sofa back today. The power recliner had snapped and the manufacturer could not source parts for repair. Furniture medic saved my sofa and fixer the recliner, replaced cushions and fixed the worn leather. As good as new Excellent service.

Some time ago we decided we needed to replace our leather three piece settee, which would have been very expensive. I decided to see if there was an alternative and I accidently came across Furniture Medic at Redcar. We popped in one day, even though we live in North Yorkshire, and we were immediately impressed with Alan and his son Oliver. They came out to visit us to give us an idea of what it might cost to replace all the stuffing, make good all the worn bits and dye the leather to a colour we preferred. They took away the single, swivel recliner, followed by one of the two seaters and then the other two seater, and the quality of the work is absolutely outstanding. Don't expect a quick turn around because with perfectionists, they make sure the work is first class and not rushed. Overall, I think we have saved at least £5k by renovating our 'old' suite rather than buying a new one. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the work, with the new colour and the professionalism of the company and would be delighted to recommend Furniture Medic without reservation.

PS: Alan and his son revisited us to make a couple of minor adjustments to the recliner sofas-nothing significant, but slightly aggravating to us. Nothing was too much bother for them and once again, they carried out the remedial work with great expertise and passion. A real pleasure to do business with this small and reliable business.

Furniture Medic North east give a first class service. I have had a leather sofa and recliner chair reupholstered and a colour repair done to the leather where it had worn. Alan and Oliver have done a fantastic job and it's lovely to see craftsmen that obviously take pride in their work. Communication with everyone at the company from start to finish was very professional and helpful and I would not hesitate to use their services again.
