Where do I start. This is place is hands down amazing. We wanted to stock our freezer for the month to fit our budget and the butchers we SO accommodating. They took time to weight different cuts of meats so we could get the most bang for our buck. We went for a lot of old fashioned cuts. They were so patient and lovely to deal with. The meat - wow well you can taste the quality. The chicken was incredible. I coated it in butter, sage, salt and pepper and roasted it. Just delicious. I wish we lived next door. We drive 30 minutes and it’s well worth it.

Have been using Glovers for years... compare shop bought mice to glovers and its like eating burger every mouthfull. Top quality produce as always. Got a family meal get a 3or 4 rib of beef...amazing

I visited here for the first time last week and was really impressed with the professional and friendly service. I purchased Lamb meatballs, Pork and Apple sausages and a pack of smoked back bacon of which the value was great and the taste even better! Definitely found my new local butchers and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Bought 10 short ribs and a few other bits. The price was very resasonable and the beef was of the highest grade. I live a 20 min drive away but will be back regularly

This place used to be my favourite go to place for meat but unfortunately it looks like the workers have changed and on my last visit after asking for burgers they sold me frozen burgers from a month ago. I do not go to a butchers to buy anything frozen so I had to stop going there and now shop elsewhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff. You can pay cash or card. There is a lot of choice of different meats, pies and eggs on offer here. That is also parking here as well.
