The staff are very good. The selection of good is good, but more expensive than elsewhere.
Loss a star for the prevelance of charity beggars allowed to frequently set up shop in the entrance.

Bog standard shop but great staff! If you need help ask at the cig counter for "jesus" she's the one who helped me and she deserves a mention. Oh and I saw a bloody stunning shiny car in the carpark. Extra bonus!

They have a great choice of projuce but the shop is not so big , it feel quite claustrophobic in the isle's , staff are happy and chatty and shop is clean and we'll kept , it is set in a beautiful location on the town square.

A real shame that the lady serving on the tills was rude to me and the person who she served in front of me. I'm not sure why as I was very polite it's like she just did not care!

The shop it's self is nice and clean and the other staff where helpful and happy.

I have just collected a click and collect parcel at the co-op from John Lewis. The John Lewis email tells me to take only my order number and name in order to collect. Despite showing the cashier my barcode and the email, she told me that I need ID. No ID no parcel. She then agreed that my email said to state name and order number only - but said ID is co-ops rule. She also said another customer made the same complaint as me when asked for ID.
May not appear to be a big deal but if like me you live 10 miles away it can be a considerable inconvenience. Get your act together co-op.
