Terrible service, waiting around 15 mins , for a pair of boots, we ordered yesterday. Plus the store was empty except one or two customers. The sign says less than a minute. They really need to change their sign. The cashier, then served three people who came into the store while I was waiting, because they were there to order not collect. I know it's a rant, but when you are on a very tight schedule to collect your children from school, it becomes an issue. Also the guy who finally served me was about as interested in his job, as I would be going to the dentist. Launceston Cornwall store. Avoid if you are in a rush.

Unfortunately the 5 star rating doesn't go to minus figures. Absolute bunch of criminal thugs. Nearly every item I've purchased from the scams has faults after afew months yet when you attempt to return it, the puffs always find an excuse not to help and be as useless as is humanly possible. Totally goes against trading standards and manufacturers warranties. The staff suit the company well as they are also as rude and ignorant as the managers. Absolute bunch of mongs

Good range of products, good prices on some (check first though, branded paint is far more expensive than B&Q!) Quick service, good parking. Don't hold the full range, best to ring first, if they gave to order your item it may take a couple of days, particularly if over a weekend. Long opening hours. Helpful staff.

I didn't realise they were a walk-in style shop where the customer looks through a catalogue and then proceeds to the till to order the product. The store isn't very big but it certainly does the job and the staff are very useful and helpful.
Dispute this, however, I was still able to find the product I needed and purchase within minutes.
