Well only lived here 4 years, my washing machine decided to cry badly! Was recommended and went with! Called and quick response! Gyan (Martin ) came out and found the problem, really pleasant and less than a week later all sorted!!! Definitely would recommend! Very happy!!! Lovely service, nothing too much trouble! Thank you!

Excellent service, just moved in to property and mother in law went to see if they had any washing machines as frequently uses them. Within 30 minutes she had been down, ordered the washing machine and they had been and fitted it. Used daily since with absolutely no issues at all.

We bought a second hand tumble dryer and they came and fitted it and took away the old one. Coincidentally my washing machine door had broken and they took it away and repaired it by 9 am the next morning and even loaned me a screwdriver to reattach it. Nothing was too much trouble

Efficient service for selling a product.

Aftercare service is superficial.

Very disappointed in their follow-up for an inherent fault with their product which cost us time, loss of frozen goods and being without a fridge freezer for over 1 month.

I run a small B&B so lots of laundry! yesterday my washing machine conked out, full of clothes and water. Orchard arranged a man to call within a couple of hours, established the problem (old age and decrepitude, dead in fact!). Since I need my machine, I visited Orchards within the hour, and a superbly well informed young woman established usage, requirements, and what I needed. I bought on the spot, a Bosch, at a very good price, it was delivered 2 hours later, fitted within 10 minutes. Where else would you get service like that? Old machine removed foc.
this is why we always use Orchard for our white goods, they are second to none!
