Dave built me a gazebo around 2 1/2 years ago , unfortunately the wood has split in 5 places making it leak . We’re unable to use it properly now and I have tried contacting Dave in every possible way with no response. All I’m asking for is a quote for a replacement roof to be done and I’m willing to pay. Until then we have had to cover it up with blue tarpaulin.update 8 months have passed numerous emails yet still nothing , after sales care is not good, sent email again

We sent Dave a photo of a structure we wanted because we couldn't find it in the size we needed. Dave built it from the photo and this is the result. Now living the dream - lol. Dave and crew arrived at 7.40am and the build was finished by 3pm. Very fast efficient and tidy workers. Would definitely recommend. Nigel & Lorraine Swift

We had been looking at Gazebo kits, I am so glad we didnt go ahead with one, the totally bespoke size we have now had built by Hampshire Garden Structures is absolutely perfect

We have recently had a Gazebo built on our patio and Dave was a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Great advice prior to deciding on the final plans, exceptional build quality and a fantastic work ethic - he has built a high quality structure in just over a day and a half.

Dave and another arrived on time, worked well throughout day, and finished in day, leaving site clean and tidy. Carport appeared excellent. Then a few weeks later it rained. Rain poured over gutter, splashed on ground and water and dirt splashed on car. After many phone and sms calls over two months Dave texted to say he had been round and adjusted angles. Next rain and problem worse. To date cannot get response to any contacts. Be aware after sales service does not happen. I have been advised by 3 Local roofers that gutters are too small, and badly fitted. I am left with no option but resort to small claims court

Great workmanship, Dave is booked up well in advance so that tells you all you need to know. I waited over 2 months for my installation date but it was absolutely worth it. He works fast and clean, and the finished job is bespoke and fits the area perfectly. Couldn’t be happier, thanks Dave.

Dave at Hampshire Garden Structures seemed enthusiastic when he visited us a month ago in Feb, to discuss our pergola needs, he said we would have the quote in a week. A month later and still no quote and none of our many emails, messages or calls responded too. This lack of communication is totally unprofessional.

Hello, Dave it was my wife Beverley who you visited at our home in Basingstoke, in early Feb this year. I expect you will remember now, so the above review is for your company. I know Beverley has sent about 10 messages to you via text and email and I have also tried to call you but no pick up. Whereas before you came to our property, you answered straight away. If you didn’t want our business then you should have told us, not made us keep chasing you, then I wouldn’t have had to write this negative review.

It saddens me that it takes a negative review to finally get a response from you.
What makes it worse is that you were exceptionally helpful, professional and kindly did do everything you have stated.
However, I do have proof and copies of all my emails, messages photographs etc. and attempts to get some help from you. I have used the contact details that you advertise on your website which have worked previously when sending quotes, arranging dates and paying your invoice.
I would not deliberately set out to harm your business please check your phone for my texts and emails sent on the following dates;
01/03 1449hrs, 28/04 1635hrs, 30/04 1410hrs, 08/05 14.51hrs, 17/05 1836hrs, 28/06 0934hrs, 04/07 1336hrs, 01/10 18.17hrs.

In response to your lockdown comment as you know I am palliative care nurse and use the BP garage 1.6 miles/5 mins from your registered address. Given the urgency and need for a safe outdoor covid space for my son I felt a detour an acceptable risk. If you recall we met outside with social distancing.

Stay away!!!!!!!! We asked Dave to built a Covid safe meeting place for our brain damaged son to meet his team of therapists. Fabulous looking lean to gazebo we were thrilled until it rained. Which it does a lot in Hampshire. 6 months of unanswered phone calls, emails, texts. I've just paid another £880 to stop the rain gushing in.
