Just have to say how pleased I am with the service that I have received from Autowatch. I have an old Golf GTi fitted with one of their systems, and one of the electronic ‘keys’ failed. I rang them up, spoke to a really helpful lady, who identified exactly the system that I have and arranged to forward a replacement. I was very surprised to receive it the following morning. Top service!! Thank you.

I had my ghost immobiliser installed around 2 years ago upon the recommendation of a friend due to the amount of relay thefts currently being carried out through the UK.

At first I was hesitant as I was expecting this to be an overpriced gimmick, however I took a chance and bit the bullet, forking out £449 for the immobiliser to be installed.

Fast forward 2 years and my car was recently broken into in an attempt to steal it via the very method I was fearful of. Thankfully due to the immobiliser they weren't able to even move it off my driveway.

Money well spent and fully intend to install future cars with this immobiliser!

I was a little shocked by some of the negative reviews.
I have recently purchased a car with the Ghost system and was having a few minor irritations with it.
I called the company and I couldn’t praise Malcolm enough.
I was initially going to have it removed, however, he patiently went through things with me in a very calm and professional manner and even waited patiently whilst going through his knowledgeable suggestions whilst in the car. Now everything works swimmingly and I’m keeping the ghost system.
I couldn’t praise him enough!!

I have used the Ghost II product for the last 9 months and have not had any issues whatsoever. We arranged install via email/phone. Two guys came to my address. Installation took around 2hrs, they showed me how to set a new pin and disable when needed and away I go. I have had numerous friends test the car to see if they could drive it away even with the key and none have succeeded. This product has genuinely given me peace of mind! Thank you.

This company not only provides a top-notch anti-theft device for vehicles (Ghost-II CAN immobiliser) but also has an excellent customer service. Malcolm was outstanding and very gracious in resolving an issue I had. They're reliable and trustworthy and I wouldn't hesitate is obtaining any of the products they have on offer.

Hi there, Had a problem with my caravan alarm, clicking but no sound. Called Autowatch a few questions ask and answered. Siren I was informed. New siren ordered at about 2.15pm.arrived in Norfolk following morning at around 10.05 am. All fitted and working correctly by 11.00am. That’s what I call service. You are on my favourites list. Absolute junk! Is in no way compatible with the canbus on some volkswagens, and causes no end of issues. Autowatch support just shrug their shoulders as they don't even know their own product! Mickey mouse product!

Got the Ghost 2 installed by an approved installer. About a month later I noticed that in two instances, I was able to start the car without inputting the code sequence, an the car would intermittently make the two flash when am driving, so I took it back. They checked and after about 2 hours called me to say they could not find any issue with it. They said Autowatch said they never saw this issue before as they hardly have problems with these.
I took the car back and about a month later, the immobiliser would not accept the code. I tried the PIN to clear the sequence and that would not work as well, no flash at all. That was 6 pm, luckily I was in the company car park, not on a night out with family. The recovery vehicle turned up and the guy could notice I was entering some sequence, so he asked if it was a Ghost 2 (he knew the product). While talking to him I asked if he get a lot of calls with the Ghost issues, and he said 'ironically, this week only this is the third call I am attending with a Ghost immobiliser issue, all exactly the same problem!' He also said there are only 3 places in the car they fit the immobiliser (one of them was exactly where mine was). That tells a lot how reliable the product is! This would make an amazing product if it would work.
Worth noting that when you enter some sequence, you hear a click sound coming from the immobiliser, irrespective if the sequence is right or wrong! So someone breaking in your car can try any sequence, once he hear the click he just have to rip through that part of the car and take the device out.
