They took great care of our pup and were careful to explain every step of the process. Rosemary really took her time to patiently lay out the fairly complicated process and managed all the scheduling perfectly. For something so nerve wracking and scary, it could not have gone more smoothly, and I truly think it is because of the exceptional care, competence, and experience they have moving pets overseas.

Very efficient service at Manchester Airport. My dog was waiting and ready for me even though the airport was a disaster at getting the luggage to me. My dog was treated like a part of their family, a run round the car park and back in the car for the onward journey. She was very happy.

My friend recently used the service to transport her dog with her to the UK, and unfortunately, her experience was far from satisfactory. Typically, when pets disembark from flights, they must wait for customs inspection while confined in their crates. However, at this particular airport, they offer a service where dogs are taken out for walks and fed while awaiting inspection.

Upon arrival, my friend was informed that her dog would be released from the crate after a four-hour wait. However, much to her dismay, they never actually let her dog out. Instead, they insisted on keeping him confined in the crate, citing concerns about potential aggression. Despite my friend's assurances and willingness to cooperate, they refused to open the crate door to allow him out for even a brief walk.

She paid a hefty fee for a service that failed to deliver as promised. Her dog remained confined in his crate, essentially receiving no benefit from the supposed perks of the service. It was a disappointing experience, and she would caution others considering 'Pets on Jets' to thoroughly research and consider their options before entrusting their pets to this service.

My gf recently paid for a dog walking service for my dog while he was waiting for clearing at the airport. Unfortunately, the staff refused to walk my dog, claiming he tried to bite them. Despite my dog being well-behaved in the past, they wouldn’t make any effort to address the situation or provide a refund. What a waste of money. Very disappointing service!

The staff were completely rude and unhelpful. Did no checks with the vet and dropped a crate and left. Luckily it was our dog.

Lovely team. Sent my dogs through them to get to Cyprus. Brilliant service. 4 years later back again same standard. Be aware that the animals are the priority (rightly so). If you are waiting for your animal there are no toilets at location (5 min walk) and waiting room is outside. Make sure you register your car with reception to avoid the airport camera system that fines you after 30 mins.
