I had a great experience for my sugar addiction. It was quick easy and pain free. Liz was warm, friendly , professional and armed with a wealth of knowledge tips and advice. Not just about the sugar addictions but with addiction in general and our brains and anatomies etc. I felt in very safe hands . The after care was fantastic Liz always checks in via WhatsApp and calls to see how I’m progressing and if there’s any problem and is at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Liz even offers recipes to help with any cravings in the beginning and as alternatives . I haven’t had chocolate or refined sugar now for 8 weeks it’s completely changed my life and really so simple. I would highly recommend it and Liz . Fantastic .

I received treatment for reducing my overuse of processed sugar. Liz was brilliant.
She knew how to help me prepare, what to expect during and also what to do post treatment.
Her guidance was spot on.
Since having the treatment the draw and craving for sugar has completely subsided, I found the first couple of days the most challenging, but the interesting part was that when I got a craving to eat something sweet, my body didn't want to follow up on it
It's like my mind said 'hmm chocolate' but my body replied 'naaaa, I'll give it a miss'
This resulted in me being totally able to break the reaching for sugar habit I have had for decades
I have now been on two holidays where it would be natural for me to overindulgence a bit, ice creams, puddings, afternoon cakes. I was surrounded by it, but never even wanted a sneaky lick of the kids ice cream.
Six weeks on, I can't imagine putting anything processed or sugary in my mouth. Honey almost feels too sweet.

Well, I can honestly say that I haven’t looked back since my sessions with QiQi Lab. I wanted to change my relationship with alcohol, so I had two sessions to support my decision to take a break for two months. 4 months later without any alcohol, I felt so strong and committed. I was sleeping better, had clarity of mind, clearer skin, more energy and best of all, being in control when I did decide to have a drink after the break. Now, I feel like the way I view alcohol is completely different and I love it. Would highly recommend QiQi Lab!

I went to see Liz because I was finding myself craving sugar, generally snacking too much and just overeating! I think it was probably emotional eating because I felt very low in energy. Menopause anyone!!

Since seeing Liz I have lost 5llbs In two weeks, without cutting anything out other than loads of sugary snacks or snacks unbeknown to me containing sugar (flavoured crisps and crackers for example ). The food noise has definitely quietened right down !

I also feel a lot more balanced, Have more energy and generally feel better both physically and mentally. Whatever any skeptics may say, I personally couldn’t care less because it’s working for me! I feel very grateful! X

The Lasergun auricular acupuncture treatment from Liz Fox has been nothing short of a complete LIFECHANGER!! I was interested in giving up alcohol as Id witnessed the freedom that it gave to some friends who d recently stopped drinking. I wasnt a huge drinker but my work is very social and always involved alcohol! I was literally sipping from a glass of wine prior to the second session but the next day I compketely ‘went off’ the taste of alcohol. I didnt even want to drink my favourite Champagne!? Its now been over a year and I have danced at festivals, dined at fine restaurants and even enjoyed ‘bottomless brunches’ witbout any sense of missing out! If anything, I have enjoyed life so much more now and my friends tell me that I look both healthier and happier!! If I ran the world I would make this available for everyone!! Thank you Liz! xx

I had 2 sessions with Liz and I am now a non- smoker. I’ve given up now for nearly 3 weeks and have also been on holiday where I’d normally smoke a lot.

The treatment has really helped control the cravings which have been few and far between. The overall service has been excellent and very personable. Liz explained everything beforehand and the process was straightforward, quick and actually quite relaxing! The after support was also great and Liz kept in touch afterwards to check how things were going.
