After 20yrs in contracting & over 30yrs dealing with agencies they are the worst agency I have dealt with by far. Deliberate lies about payment terms, ignored emails & questions about the contract, they don't pick up the phone & no calls back. As such I've worked for the past 3 months without a signed contract & they haven't told the client! After a battle for 5 weeks they changed my pay terms to '1 week after timesheet submission', & I then got paid. You have to chase & chase until they stop ignoring you. I'll not use them again after this! Atrocious company!

In 25 years of contracting, this is the worst agency by far. I was so busy in Q2/Q3, I submitted timesheets quite a few weeks in arrears. It's now December and I've not been paid for May, June and July even though their portal states "paid". If you find the same job via another agency, do yourselves a BIG favour and avoid Experis.

I have had a negative experience with this agency. After being emailed, interviewed and offered a job within the space of a few days, I was told I had to join an umbrella company in order to be paid (I have previously always worked PAYE so this was new to me). I was advised to join a company called Giant Umbrella who were terrible. I was not paid on time three weeks in a row and when I was, it was trough an advance without a payslip and I was underpaid. Their customer service was terrible too. However, I found out that two of these non-payments were the fault of Experis/Manpower and not them. Simple things like simply forgetting to send funds or confirm timesheets were occurring. I switched to Paystream and the exact same thing happened. Again this was noted as a fault from Experis/Manpower. Once or twice is forgivable but to happen four weeks in a row is worrying.

Very poor communication, most emails are ignored or not responded too for several days. Listed phone numbers at the bottom of emails don't work or are unanswered. Very stressful agency to deal with wouldn't recommend.
You'd have more luck getting answers from a teaspoon regarding pay queries.

COMPLAINT AGAINST FAHAD MCCANN WHO MODIFIED MY CV, BY REMOVING REASONS FOR LEAVING, WITHOUT INFORMING ME! I ENQUIRED DUE TO SUSPICION. HIS ACTIONS ARE ILLEGAL SUCH THAT I HAVE INITIATED LEGAL ACTION AGAINST HIM AND YOURSELVES!

This company will steal you money. It's a fact. They will not pay you the money for the work you do. Most unprofessional company I have ever heard of in UK. Companies like this should not exist in a civilized country.
