In essence Nature Sign Designs “exceeds expectations”. And that applies not only to the bench but to the full service package provide. Based on a firmly proactive; “we can do that” approach to our slightly off grid design requirements.

The bench is a thing of beauty.
The balanced design, the scaling of the logo to the surrounding space, the solid, clear, deep cut reassuring carving. So completely opposed to the countless examples of laser etched images I was offered by too many other bench companies. There simply is no comparison.
The bench was a farewell present and everyone at the farewell, to a man was drawn to it like bees to a honey pot! They couldn’t stop striking it, and admiring it. Personally it was things like the totally satisfying curve of the arms, the arrangement of the seat boards to receive a human seat! It is subtle, but significantly essential to increase comfort subconsciously 😃. The method of construction with wooden pegging, the chamfer to the uprights just below the armrests, quite simply the curve to the edging of the back rest.
The recipient was totally overjoyed by his bench. (Everyone else was jealous!) He kept coming back to me to tell me how much he appreciated the fact that the bench was made of English Oak and not imported teak.

I know the above review may appear a bit over the top but personally, I found it very hard to order something personalised that was this significant all from afar and over the phone/airwaves. It was such a relief to discover that there was no disappointment that quality was not quite up to what the Internet photos had led us to believe (which is so often the case with internet purchases). I need not have worried. I would not hesitate for an instant to recommend Anne & Nature Sign Design to anyone else wanting a similar project made.

Nature Sign Design have just supplied all the fingerpost waymarkers (8) for our small Nature Reserve in Lincolnshire. Since the delivery, we have been busy installing them. As the details (text content and pictograms) were bespoke for our requirements, there was a lot of detail to get right. Communication (with Matthew) was very easy, and he sent proofs of the graphics and text for me to check, before they started making them. Arranging the delivery was equally straightforward. I was expecting the fingerposts to arrive in kit form, but they came fully assembled with the fingers doweled in place, saving us time and making them very sturdy. They look great, and received compliments from our visitors within minutes of the first one going up. The oak is very robust, and they should outlive me. Considering the complexity of the manufacturing and our order, it is a real credit to Nature Sign Design that our order was perfect! I can highly recommend this company and we will be using them again.

The customer service has been excellent throughout our project and we are absolutely over the moon with the results. We ordered an A1 lectern style information board which will be installed next to the war memorial in our small town. The quality of the product is superb and the delivery driver was really helpful.
