I ordered a Victron inverter charger with Sam at Energy Solutions on 6 April. After 2 weeks it still had not arrived, despite being promised the next day. Eventually the unit did arrive but we then needed to return it unopened. Arrangements were made for the return of the unit. I was asked to leave it with a lady in their offices and was promised the refund would be promptly made. It is now 9th August and I have still not received a refund or even a reply following on from my chasing up the matter. The amount involved is £869.04. I know everybody is extremely busy these days but this is testing even my patience. Can't see that I will be using this company again and I certainly cannot recommend them to others.

From the initial conversation last year to getting the right system and unfortunately a fault with back up generator I have dealt solely with gurvinder who has gone out of his way to help. His customer service is second to none and I'd like to say thanks mate I feel like your on the end of a phone and not just a salesman. I would and have recommended energy solutions great company

I had a problem with the solar system on my boat not charging. I phoned Energy Solutions and Gurvinder, one of their technicians, talked me through the whole trouble shooting process. It was quite a stressful time for me because I was due to leave my boat for a week and with no shore power available there was a good chance my batteries would run low while I was away. Gurvinder was extremely helpful and handled my problem with patience and expertise. I was highly impressed with his technical knowledge and the efforts that he went to in order to sort out my problem. Having guided me through a number of checks on my Victron MPPT unit he advised me to return the unit to Energy Solutions for testing. A couple of days later I was sent a brand new unit which I have now fitted and delighted to say the solar is up and running again.

I cannot praise this company enough for their diligence, courtesy and technical knowledge. Grateful for the amazing service I received.

Fantastic service, Nigel came out, quoted and installed our Electric Charging point within a week. Claudette dealt with all the paperwork in order to apply for the OLEV grant. Would 100% recommend.

They will try everything they can to get your personal details and will continue to mess you about with countless emails until they have your personal details. Do yourself a big favour and GO ELSEWHERE

Excellent service. Extremely helpful with a fault I had on a battery monitor. They even sent me a replacement part (plus a spare cable) free of charge!
