We ordered sliding bath glass for outward opening. The glass holes design was wrong and only can open inwards as there is no room to move above the metal strip when adding the plastic water seal at the bottom. The glass door should be shorter to account for that, not the same size. Shower lab (she was insisting they had the correct design, we re-installed the glasses upside down, no chage to the problem) wants to avoid any refund or option for exchange. They told us, if we order another door glass it would be at our own expense! Riduiculous service. Very unprofessional company, bad customer service and they sell the wrong products. Very expensive glass, but rubbish design and totally useless. They damaged our bathroom. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Have been fitting bathrooms for 20+ years shower lab bath and shower screens are way over complicated and put all risk on to installer they are far to fiddly, cutting down wall posts that have been finished surly sizing should be done before finishing. On a walk in shower screen you have to assemble and fit the entire screen before removing it and cutting bits down with hack saws, moving around a 1000x2000 10mm piece of glass is not easy. More risk for damages. Then you have to cut the metal channels down that are finished without scratching them, to many seals to leak from and to replace seals would be more or less impossible without damaging the product. I would not recommend these products. Go for Kudos instead.

I recently had the Curium 19.4H three-sided glass shower enclosure installed. What a fabulous product. Reassuringly expensive, the thick 10mm glass makes all the difference over the usual 8mm glass used my most manufacturers. Really solid feel and of the highest quality. Delighted with the product and the service. If you're looking for a high-end product you should check out their web site.

Difficult to install so use their installation service every time to avoid problems and unnecessary expense - let them have the problem. Three attempts at getting the right components to site through the official supplier. Two plumbers tried to install but failed on the door hanging

Good showers until you want spares, the Bathroom Installers that put the shower in, didn't want to get spare seals for around the door, Shower Lab wouldn't sell them to me, had to travel miles to get them, it cost me more in petrol to collect them than I paid for them!!!!!!!!
