Genuinely a great experience. The service was very good. We had a mix up on getting access to the property and I was minded to complain - however the person who dealt with me said everything exactly as they should to completely make the situation right and they went out of their way to sort it. Finally the windows look great. Very very nice finish to inside and out. Much better than other windows I’ve had fitted elsewhere. All round - I am slightly amazed at how good this company is. Such a refreshing change to the vast majority of trades I deal with now.

Great service from Start to finish.
After looking around for a while I made the great decision and chose AGS.
From the start Tyler was very professional and helpful on the phone, he sent me pictures by email of doors in the colours I was thinking about and also pictures of the fixtures and fittings so I could compare colours.
Tyler was very communicative throughout the whole process. On the day of installation the fitter was punctual and polite and clearly knew his stuff, door is working a dream. Especially happy with the making good and how he installed the trim, such a clean and tidy finish.

My experience started with an competitive quote with no hard sell. After the order a prompt survey was completed with all aspects discussed with me. Installation followed a few weeks after and the guys were very professional, super tidy and have done a great job. Would definitely recommend AGS.

I love my new door! My rep, Tyler, was so helpful guiding me thru the process, providing the clarification and info I needed in order to complete the spec for my bespoke door. He was endlessly patient with my to and fro calls and emails and the rest of the AGS team were equally polite, helpful and efficient. For both measurement and fitting they came when they said they would and did what they said they would, and all so fast! I'd happily use AGS again and have recommended them to my friends. Tyler was fantastic and always super quick with responses and all staff I had communications with were very professional, installer was great and took pride with the install of the door 🙂 I will always use them going forward, I got a few quotes but Tyler was very informative about the door types ect so chose them and very well priced. i will upload a photo here soon.

We chose AGS not because of the cheaper price but the in depth quantifying of our needs and demands. Out of 6 companies Tyler contacting me the next day whilst others could not be asked. He was thorough in his profiling and that is why we selected AGS. The door has now been installed and better than expected and Simone’s aftercare is excellent as she made sure we was happy with everything. I am so glad we chose AGS.

I had aluminium windows installed by AGS and had a really great experience. From the first visit with no hard sell (which was very important to me), I got a reasonable price and they were accommodating when I changed my mind on one or two things. Their communications throughout were spot on. Their in-house installation team were friendly, efficient and experienced. There were a few anomalies with my old house which they cheerfully worked around. I am very pleased with the result and have nice, warm, sunny, draft free rooms. I highly recommend AGS.
