On our third replacement of a double push button shower valvein Slate Grey.
*First one was all scuffed on delivery.
*Second one we installed, however within 8 weeks, the slate finish had started bubbling off the fixture.
*Third replacement we recieved today, unfortunately, it is all scuffed, so we are now awaiting a forth.

Next time i replace my bathroom fittings, I will look elsewhere.

In addition, I have been awaiting a replacement vanity unit since last October as the one we recieved was a different structure (internally inside the drawer) to the one in the showroom (at Sancutary Bathrooms). I took a video of both to show the differences between the product we had agreed to purchase and the one we recieved.
The one we received was very flimsy and the internal drawer sides could not hold the weight of the front panel of the vanity door unit. My back order from October (due in mid March) has somehow not materialised. Leaving the retailer (Sanctuary Bathrooms Leeds) in another situation of now having to re-order another in April.
Who knows how much longer we will have to wait for out delivery.
Very poor service from Crosswater, who are supposedly a leading brand.
It just doesn't seem like their retailers/stockists are getting the back-up they deserve, when selling their product.

Only giving 1 star as cannot give nil.
Useless. Liars. Ordered wall profile for shower 3.11.24 for delivery 3-5 days.
Has still not arrived despite several emails & promises. They even claim to have ordered again 2 weeks ago for a 72 hour delivery. Still nothing.
I have now asked for order to be cancelled and for a full refund. You guessed it. They are blanking me.
Disgraceful company.

Like the others here I have now had my delivery cancelled and rescheduled for 2 weeks time, 3 times. The product itself failed , the chrome is peeing off the shower head and the rail is discoloured after 3 years. Rather than re drill I ordered the same and will then change company in 3years , if I ever get what I ordered of course!! Buy something else if you can

Shocking that you are still posting and advertising your sale when ZERO orders are being processed or sent out from your warehouse. Order placed over 3 weeks ago and apparently you can’t give any update on when this order will be delivered. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Even the managing director is now not replying to Grant & Stone who we bought everything through.

Very poor customer service, it seems that no-one knows what's going on between the factory, warehouse and customer. We ordered in October but delivery was delayed 5 times. We eventually cancelled the order and bought elsewhere.

We had a Crosswater tap installed in our new bathroom. After about a year the tap started leaking and it took 6 months of back and forth before Crosswater finally admitted the tap was faulty and provided a replacement.

A year later the replacement tap also started leaking in exactly the same place and, after another 4 months of back and forth, Crosswater are now claiming that the fact that the first tap was faulty means the second tap can't be and they want us to pay £175 for one of their engineers to come out and look at it.

A company is complete shambles. They are truly unable to full test online systems before its live and every order has resulted in over 4 weeks of wait. They have also lied to on a daily basis about priority deliveries that never turn up (order from 27th Sept)!!! one of many orders we now have no faith in ever seeing. POOR!!

Really bad customer service. Unresponsive to emails about replacing a tap cartridge, which had disintegrated. Expected much more from a 'luxury' company.
