Amazing experience!! First time ordering here and i will certainly use them again. I needed a prescription for antibiotics to arrive before my dogs other antibiotics ran out, most companies could only guarantee 3 day dispatch. I called up hyperdrug explained my situation and placed my order yesterday and i got a same day dispatch and received my goods the following day.

Ordered a sweeping brush from the website on the 17th Feb. By 28th Feb the item STILL hadn’t arrived. I queried with DPD on the 19th February who agreed it had been delivered to the wrong address and due to data protection they would not give me any information about where the item has been delivered so I am unable to even go and look for it. I contacted Hyperdrug THREE times to ask for help. Each time it was said someone would get back to me. No one did. In the end I called up after allowing them TEN days to sort the situation out. Was dealt with by a rude and unapologetic customer service agent who advised me they were no further foward with my complaint. I explained yet again that I’d provided evidence of my conversation with DPD where they acknowledged the item had been lost. Then Hyperdrug, being terminally useless- advised me THEY are still waiting to hear back from DPD. The only way it seems I can get my money back is by disputing the payment with my card provider which is what I’ve done. Please don’t order from this merchant. They do not resolve issues at all and retain payments on items not received.

Sent prescription, answered questions, days have gone past ,more questions, ran out if time so now I have to go yo my vets and buy it after work. Ridiculous!I won't be ordering ever again!!!
the prescription was for 3 bottles .I was trying to order 1 bottle.excuses ,excuses just like the other 1 star reviews(prefer zero)that people have given you!🤨

Fantastic company with the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff are a credit to the company.
My dog is epileptic, Medivet wanted £526.05 for 3 months of meds that stop her from having a fit that will kill her. Hyperdrug charged a grand total of £57.01. Hyperdrug is keeping the countries animals ALIVE by taking away owners stress at being unable to afford life saving meds. I've used Hyperdrug for years and the whole process is a dream. Buy prescription from vet, £33 for two currently. Pop in post with a little note to ring on receipt. One of the awesome women in the office will ring, place order, pay over phone, done! You'll get email confirmation and in most cases I've received in a couple of days, that's just with standard packaging too.
Please, if you're on the fence about ordering online, or over the phone, do it. You could save hundreds, thousands of pounds. I expects vets surgeries to add a, poor pet tax, but the greed is exploitation of caring owners. There is no justification for charging nearly £3 for a pill that can be provided by hyperdrug for 32 pence.
Thank you Hyperdrug. You are all appreciated very much by me, and my little old epileptic, arthritic pup.

I spend a lot of money on veterinary prescription medication, as I have an epileptic dog.
I must say this company definitely goes above and beyond, so helpful and no long processing times for the prescriptions to be approved.
Definitely would recommend them,they are really helpful and understanding.

Customer services for this company is excellent, so efficient and helpful. I've had to contact them quite a bit with regards to a controlled drug for my cat's and they've been very patient with me when my vetinary practice was making the process unnecessarily complicated. I think I'd have given up without their guidance throughout the process and succumbed to the extortionate fees the vet's charge for the same medication.

I had a very disappointing experience with hyperdrug, and I never thought it would be so difficult to cancel an order. I tried to cancel just 5 minutes after placing the order, immediately reaching out via email and phone with no response even if I called during their opening hours. Despite my prompt action, they still dispatched the order and after two days they told me it was too late to cancel. To make matters worse, they insisted I had to pay for the return shipping, even though their unresponsiveness caused the delay. With all the advancements in technology and customer service today, I didn’t expect such poor communication and an outdated approach. Please avoid… it’s not worth the stress…. order from bigger companies that have better costumer service.
