I ordered a very small sample order for a bigger project. The order consisting of only four small sections of plastic sheeting 250mmx250mm and no modifications or anything special needing done to them. The order has taken over a week already (still not received it) and likely would have been completely forgotten about had I of not called to chase it up 4/5 days in. I was told the material had only just arrived in that day but I find that hard to believe and it doesn’t excuse a lack of communication had that of been the case. Delivery was quoted 2-4 days.

The guy on the phone when I rang to chase up the order has been the only positive interaction with Trent plastics as he was polite and as helpful as he could be.

I’d not trust them with a full size order so the sample cost has been a complete waste.

Update;
The company did refund the postage given it was outside the paid for timeframe and did reach out to discuss the order so not all bad.
