Very special Basque cheesecake with a taste of salt and caramel which goes so well with the cream cheese. Decorated with grapes, edible flowers and golden leaves with a touch of elegance. A perfect desert with family and friends. Highly recommended.

A “Work of HeART!” I ordered this cheesecake for my wedding anniversary, sharing our wedding flowers (lavender and daisies) and our love for foraging (apples, plums, figs and blackberries) as background information. And what an incredible, beautiful and unique cake we got! The quality of the ingredients (have you ever seen such large blackberries?!), melt-in-the-mouth taste and thoughtful details (gold leaf) truly surpassed all expectations. Thank you!

We were all absolutely delighted with the seasonal cheesecake we ordered for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday.
