Hi everyone, I just love this shop, my sons loved it when they were young and enjoyed the 'student supplies' I bought them during exam revision times. The owners always made me feel very welcome, they even remembered which fudges and sweets were preferred. I had, and still have, a liking for Scottish Tablet - outside of the high end London shops, that's quite hard to find. I wish them many more years. Even if you need to shorten the hours - please be there.

A lovely, independent sweet shop with a fantastic range of sweets. I love the little bags of sweets they will put together for kids' party bags (100g or 200g) and that it's possible to request a vegetarian version. I've been using them for years for my boys' parties and I have always received great service. The little personalised label they do is a nice finishing touch.

Visited this sweet shop Saturday afternoon. Amazing shop with alot of options. Owners are very nice also. Definitely pop by as small businesses like this need the support and make the high street so much nicer than these big chain businesses. 100% will be returning soon ! 🙂

I love this little sweet shop! Loads of excellent variety and great quality sweets. Even the sour sweets are proper ones that come with an warning. The owners who run the shop are really friendly as well. I always make it my mission visit this gem when I am in High Barnet. And have been doing for several years now.

If I was local to the Chipping Barnet area, I would be an regular customer.

Wow, wow, wow! What a local gem! No trip to High Barnet is complete without stopping off here. I discovered the place by chance when I spotted a free wreath making event in the window. We made a fabulous wreath using a potato for the base (I never knew such a thing was possible)! Unsure of what to expect, I was blown away by the store inside and the owners' kindness. Inside is an Aladin's Cave of retro sweets sold by weight and all reasonably priced. They also have an amazing range of teas and resources for cake making. Look out for other fabulous craft events they hold throughout the year. Alice (one of the owners) was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend a visit, and I can't wait to return.

Such a organised and lovely sweet shop. Very helpful and kind owners and a variety of sweets to choose from. Been going since I was very little and never been disappointed. Very good shop🥳

I have just been here and never noticed it until friend recmoneded I buy sweets packed for my dads birthday I don't go towards that end of the high street.
Anyway I got my dad's favourites alongside a few more he ate during the 60s and 70s.
What a great present my dad will have them for a couple of weeks. And the only unfortunately thing was it didn't have my favourite sweets which are Monarch Cherry drops ,apple and custard, strawberry and cream and bassets liquorice sticks. It has to be the right brand for me. I left and just remembered I loved Scottish Toffee bars, sweet peanuts, floral sweets and cherry cola bottles so will check the next time I'm there but a great find!!!.

Of course I got my kids a few midget gems and cola bottles. Bon Bons for me! Even a fruit tea!!!
It was certainly a nostalgic trip but would've loved to see more retro sweets that I liked.
