I've been attending the Christmas craft group, and it has been fun. There's no pressure to be 'perfect' , just encouraging you to have a go.
I've learned to do new things, met some lovely people and it's a good way to be social and try new things without it being scary . Lily and Morgan are great at putting everyone at ease and reminding us that it's about having a go rather than being perfect.

Over the past couple of months I have been supported by northern rights to help with my self employment, my advisor was Anita & she couldn’t have helped me anymore than she has! I feel highly motivated & supported after being on the pioneer programme. I have learnt a lot about business and going forward with my own career, thanks again Anita & Northern Rights

I got sent to Northen rights to help support me get into work. I got a job within 2 weeks, and the support they have offered me has been great. The staff have all been so helpful, especially Emma Mason.
They were very understanding with my children when I couldn’t get childcare and had to bring them to my meetings.
Would definitely recommend anyone who needs a job or any extra support whilst getting a job to go.

Northern Rights have been an absolute Godsend to me. Sofi, Derek, and Leigh have all helped me greatly in the few months I have been there. Nothing is a bother to them. They give you full support and if you're genuinely looking for work they will go that extra mile to help you into work. Which they did for me. The courses they deliver are brilliant and Leigh delivers them really well. Thank you all for helping me into work. ❤️

After nearly 4 years of being on the sick and having multiple rejections. I am pleased to say I am finally getting back into employment Thanks to Kerry at Northern rights. She has been a god send.
I have had a pretty tough time over the last almost 4 years and finally someone listened to me.
From getting to know each other she has supported me from day one and I can't thank her enough.
It's nice to know that not everyone suffers from ignorance. Some people have genuine problems as I have and she took the time to listen to me and understand me and I thank her enormously. I am genuinely going to miss our little chats. Thank you Kerry 😄❤️

I joined this service around seven months ago and the amount of support I've been given to obtain my new role has been amazing. The advisor helped organise my CV, obtain identification by acting as a referee and many other problems I was facing. I would recommend this service for sure.

I was on the Pioneer program in January, I came in for my first appointment after the job centre recommended the help with finding work. I saw Sarah for my first appointment and felt like she didnt really understand my mental health. I think she didnt believe me and didnt want to talk about it with me. she didnt talk much in the appointment and typed alot. I didnt go back until Kerry rang me the manager and convinced me to come back in to see her. I am so pleased i did. She understood me straight away and after the first appointment with Kerry she had plans to support me and did things to help in the appointment. She gave me time and got to understand my mental health and encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone. She helped with housing, health, applications. after a few months of working with Kerry I found a job and was helped with money for work clothes, travel and she checked in on me to see how work was going. Thanks Kerry for helping me.

If your asked to go I urge you to do so it's fantastic.
