First time using HCS services as recommend by my old place which has stopped servicing clippers.
Unit super easy to find, just off the silverlink roundabout and past all the fancy pants car dealerships.
I was met with a warm welcome from Marie. A very friendly and helpful lady. We both lamented the curse of natural curls. When I initially rang to enquire about costs I was told it may take a couple of weeks to do the service and blade sharpening x2. Imagine my delight when I received a phone call the following day to say the job was done!! Absolutely amazing turn around!! Prices are incredibly competitive, (could easily charge a bit more). As a first time user of this company I will be suggesting everyone I know with clippers and blades to visit. You won't be disappointed with the exemplary customer service and quality of work. Thank you very much! See you next time I service my clippers and need blades sharpening. I thank you, and my horse Vinnie does too.

Absolutely awful customer service after they lost my blades. They sent a replacement set which were nothing like the others. After calling to ask what to do next the two people had an argument with each other over the phone then told me it wasn’t their problem and hung up.

Used this company for many years but won't be returning after my clippers blade drive was replaced and become unfit to use. After trying to get this resolved they'd need to hold my clippers for longer on this occasion than it was to have the initial job done. Costing me more for new equipment not to mention putting me out of work for a weekend having a significant impact financially. Once I'm with a company however big or small I like to continue to support but unfortunately this company hasn't got the same care for there customers. I'm not one to put reviews but on this occasion its needed as its complete unfair that they are not quick or happy to resolve a problem created by them or their part supplier. However had I been paying for an additional service like they others they've prioritised before me today shows there compassion.

Sent my clipper blades off to be sharpened and cleaned, they came back filthy! I am not impressed I do not pay to have something cleaned and sharpened for them to come back in a worse condition than I sent them off in! They are now full of scratches which they did not have before hand and are filthy dirty! Only bloody good thing is that they are sharp! Will not ever use your services again!!!

What wonderful service today. Just out of hospital and enquired about cordless clippers as a xmas gift. Great advice to avoid Chinese copies and they ordered new clippers on my behalf for direct delivery. Thanks for brilliant service.

Really recommend, sent my clippers in to get fixed, really good communication and fast delivery got them back within 5 days. Totally recommend!
