Really can't fault the service, Rachel Swan is a star, genuinely a real credit to this organisation. She has relentlessly supported me in not only getting me a better utilities contract she helped me sort the excess charges I was being levied with for not having a smart meter, assisting in getting that installed and backed me up completely when the energy company tried to keep effectively half a years money until the end of my contract in their account instead of reimbursing me - thank you so much for all your help

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Louis Lemarechal at Tritility for the last few months, regarding an alteration to our businesses gas supply.
There's a lot of box ticking, form filling and communicating with other bodies to facilitate this sort of thing. Much of it is outside the remit of us the end users. There's a language spoken inside this industry, only spoken by those on the inside, Louis is one who is fluent in this.
He has without any doubt impressed me, he has been an absolute necessity to navigate through this process.
